Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Time

We ship both within the United States and internationally:

  • USA Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • International Shipping (Outside USA): 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, location, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or order details 
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
KUCKE Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, KUCKE Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to our support team.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging and short video of opening package. 
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
